For everyday immune support (especially in high threat months) I love using a drop or two of on guard essential oil in the unscented lotion as part of my morning body care. When I start to feel unwell, I mix equal parts of oregano, melaleuca, lemon, basil, on guard, rosemary, & myrrh in a roller bottle and apply to my feet 3-4 times a day until I improve.
I rented a log cabin over the holidays with an outdoor hot tub I could not resist. Twenty degree weather, cold mountain air and a hot tub that opens up your lungs, don’t mix. To support my respiratory system, I used Veggie Caps. Four times each day I filled a capsule with 2 drops each of Oregano, Frankincense, OnGuard, Melaleuca & Lemon essential oils. I took the capsule with a full glass of water and some food. After only the first day, I started feeling better. Within four days all symptoms were completely gone!! I also diffused On Guard and Breathe blends. So glad I had my DoTerra essential oils!
Seasonal threats make my eyes run and itch and I end up with cuts that cause a lot of discomfort. Conventional methods weren't working. Diffusing Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Breathe eased the seasonal threats. I diffuse at night and at my desk at work. I wear the diffuser necklace also. I couldn’t live without the oils now”
